In Flight

This weeks outfit is brought to you with travel in mind. I’m off to Los Angeles at the end of May, and I want an outfit that is comfy, manageable, weather appropriate, and above all, I do not want to look like a bum. I opted for leggings (my favorite for travel of any sorts). They allow you to move around effortlessly, they’re sleek, and as long as you pair them with nice tops/accessories, you won’t look like you’ve just rolled out of bed. Since I’m going when the temperature is warmer, I thought a tank with a zip up hoodie would suffice nicely.

A larger tote bag with a zipper will hold my iPad, water bottle, iPhone, magazines and necessities with ease, while a small rolling suitcase will fit in the overhead compartment (mine is actually white with big purple polka dots. Classy, right?). I pack very lightly. Checking baggage is a huge pain (and costly), so I suggest just having a carry-on if you can manage. Since my body temperature wavers constantly on planes, I thought a nice scarf would be the perfect accessory. As are glittery gold TOMS for comfy feet.
